The Hong Kong Institute of Science & Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (HKISI-CAS) is co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the HKSAR government, aiming to build a top-notch international research institution.

根據研究院發展規劃，依託中國科學院自動化研究所建設的人工智能與機械人創新中心首批入駐。該中心為在港註冊成立的獨立法團，將面向國際人工智能科技前沿和智能粵港澳大灣區發展的重大需求，將新一代人工智能技術與機械人深度融合，全力打造具備國際影響力的創新開放合作平台和技術高地。

According to the overall development plan of HKISI-CAS, the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR), a centre constructed and powered by the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), is among the first batch of institutions registered in HK. CAIR is devoted to conduct cutting-edge research on artificial intelligence. By deeply integrating a new generation of AI technology with robotics, CAIR aims to forge an international, open and innovative cooperation platform, serving the needs and enhancing the well-being of the citizens in the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China as a whole, and the wider world community.

為加快中心建設步伐，組建一支高水平、國際化的研究隊伍，現面向全球招聘人工智能領域高層次人才。

Based on the development plan of CAIR, a team of top-notch international researchers is in dire need. The following positions are open for application.

具有計算機科學、自動控制、電子工程、應用數學、生物學、神經科學、計算生物學等學科背景，有志於從事智能科學相關方向研究的優秀人才。這些方向包括且不限於：

1、A類崗位：領軍人才 

Category A: Principal Researcher

崗位職責：承擔方向帶頭人崗位職責，準確把握學科動態和發展方向，注重戰略謀劃和前瞻布局，積極組織策劃研究項目，組織帶領團隊開展具有國際水平的科技創新工作，取得具有突出影響的重大成果或攻克關鍵技術難題，與國內外知名科研機構、高校、企業等開展高水平的學術交流與合作研究，積極培養青年人才。

Job Description: The Principal Researcher is the Principal Investigator of each research team, who can keep closely pace with the world research development trends, and attach importance to the formulation of strategic plan and prospective layout. The Principal Researcher is required to actively organize and plan research programs, steer team members to high-end technology innovations, make significant achievements with prominent influence or solve major technical problems, conduct high-level academic exchange and research cooperation with global prestigious R&D institutions, universities and enterprises, etc., and actively cultivate young talents.

任職條件：在本學科領域具有較高的國際學術影響力，具有深厚的理論水平和專業造詣，在本學科領域取得卓越成就且依舊活躍在世界科技舞台，主持過重大科研任務，具有領軍才能和優秀團隊組織能力。

Requirements: Applicant for Category A should have dominating academic influence, solid theoretical and professional accumulations, who has extraordinary achievements in his/her research field while still actively engage in the world scientific community. The applicant must have the experience of presiding over major scientific research project with brilliant ability in leadership and team management.

相關待遇：薪酬不低於500萬港幣/年，最高可達800萬港幣/年；可獨立組建科研團隊，提供充足的科研啟動經費保障，具體額度一事一議；提供包括香港本地公寓、子女教育、國際醫療保險等一攬子福利方案。

Salaries and Benefits: The annual income of the awardee is no less than 5 million HKD/year and can reach up to 8 million HKD/year. The awardee can form an independent research team with abundant research start-up fund under one-case-one- fund policy. The awardee can receive a welfare package, including benefits of HK local accommodation support, children』s education, international medical insurance, etc.

2、B類崗位：學術帥才

Category B: Leading Researcher

崗位職責：承擔學術或技術核心骨幹崗位職責，引入國際先進的學術思想和技術方法，提出具有重要創新價值的工作思路；積極開拓新的研究方向或從事高水平技術攻關、解決工程技術難題；爭取和承擔重要科技任務，取得國內外同行認可的科研成果。

Job Description: The Leading Researcher is the academic or technical backbone of each research team, who can bring in international cutting-edge academic thoughts and technical approaches, and propose valuable innovation ideas. The Leading Researcher is required to actively exploit new research fields, or make pivotal technological breakthroughs, solve key engineering difficulties, and strive to take critical research tasks with the aim of obtaining scientific success recognized by both domestic and foreign counterparts.  

任職條件：具有博士學位，取得博士學位後在國內外知名科研機構、高校或大型企業研發機構工作5年（含）以上；獨立負責某方面科研或技術工作，具有較高造詣和一定知名度，有較好的團隊組織協調能力。特別優秀者，任職工作經歷可適度放寬。

Requirements: Applicant for Category B should hold a PhD degree with more than 5 years of research experience in a prestigious university, institution, or enterprise around the world after graduation, and has enough research practices, a good reputation and strong ability in team organization and coordination. The applicant is required to independently take charge of specific research or technological work. Talent of excellent competence while with less work experience is also applicable.

相關待遇：薪酬不低於200萬港幣/年，最高可達300萬港幣/年；可獨立組建科研團隊，提供一次性科研啟動費不少於1000萬港幣；提供包括香港本地公寓、子女教育、國際醫療保險等一攬子福利方案。

Salaries and Benefits: The annual income of the awardee is no less than 2 million HKD/year and can reach up to 3 million HKD/year. The awardee can build an independent research team with a one-time research start-up fund no less than 10 million HKD. The awardee can receive a welfare package, including benefits of HK local accommodation support, children』s education, international medical insurance, etc.

3、C類崗位：科技英才

Category C: Senior Researcher

崗位職責：具有廣闊的學術視野、創新思維以及突出的專業基礎和發展潛力，能引入國際先進的學術思想和技術方法，積極開拓新的研究領域，爭取和承擔科技任務，發揮青年科技骨幹的作用。

Job Description: The Senior Researcher is the core force of each research team, who has a wide academic vision, an innovative mind, a solid professional foundation, and profound development potentials. The Senior Researcher is required to bring in international cutting-edge academic thoughts and technical approaches, exploit new research fields, and strive to take critical research tasks.

任職條件：具有博士學位，在國內外知名大學、科研機構或大型企業研發機構等學習或工作3年（含）以上；在本研究領域已嶄露頭角，做出過具有突出創新思想的研究成果，具有優良的科技創新潛質和較好的團隊協作能力。

Requirements: Applicant for Category C should hold a PhD degree with more than 3 years of research or study experience in a prestigious university, institution, or enterprise around the world. As a budding talent, the applicant should have achieved prominent research results with outstanding innovation thoughts, have the potential of making scientific innovation, and strong ability in team organization and coordination. 

相關待遇：薪酬不低於100萬港幣/年，最高可達200萬港幣/年；提供包括香港本地公寓、子女教育、國際醫療保險等一攬子福利方案。

Salaries and Benefits: The annual income of the awardee is no less than 1 million HKD/year and can reach up to 2 million HKD/year. The awardee can receive a welfare package, including benefits of HK local accommodation support, children』s education, international medical insurance, etc.

4、D類崗位：新智學者

Categoty D: Researcher

崗位職責：能夠獨立開展研究工作，積極開拓新的研究領域，協助團隊承擔科技任務，開展相關方向科技攻關工作。

Job Description: The Researcher should have the ability to independently conduct research work, and is required to actively exploit new research fields, assist team members with research tasks, and tackle scientific difficulties in certain fields. 

任職條件：具有博士學位，在所從事的學科領域內取得一定的學術成績，表現出較強的科研潛力。

Requirements: Applicant for Category D should hold a PhD degree. The applicant should have achieved certain research results in specific field, and reveal strong potentials in scientific research.

相關待遇：薪酬不低於60萬港幣/年，最高可達80萬港幣/年；提供包括香港本地公寓等一攬子福利方案。

Salaries and Benefits: The annual income of the awardee is no less than 0.6 million HKD/year and can reach up to 0.8 million HKD/year. The awardee can receive a welfare package, including benefits of HK local accommodation support, etc.
